The above vacancy exists within the Documentation department of our Distributions division and reports to the Documentation and Music Usage Manager. The purpose of the role is to ensure SAMRO’s reputation remains intact by retrieving and collecting of cue-sheets to be processed and captured on the organization’s administrative systems and to ensure that data integrity is maintained. The ideal candidate will be someone who has successfully completed Matric and has 3years’ experience in similar environment. Advertising experience would be an advantage.
Goals:
- Cue-sheet control
- Requesting of cue-sheets from stakeholders
- Allocation of workload
- Quality of the AV products activated
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric qualification
- Three years experience in a similar role
- Advertising experience would be an advantage
- Intermediate computer skills, including Word & Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail is an essential requirement
- Excellent understanding of basic numeric and accounting principles
- Basic knowledge and an interest in musical works
- Basic knowledge and an interest in musical works
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
