Theideal candidate will be someone who has completed Grade 12 and has a minimum of1 years’ experience within a similar environment.
Key Performance areas:
- Undoc and NS clearance research.
- Stakeholder communication.
- Processing of notifications received andmatching/linking to works.
- Processing of cue sheets received.
- Documenting works, products and rightsholders.
Minimum requirements:
- Matric.
- 1 years’ experience in a similar enviorment
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Proven track record of displayingmeticulous attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communicationskills.
- A detailed understanding of SAMRO’sdistribution rules.
- A detailed functional understanding ofthe system employed.
- Organisational and industry knowledge.
- Knowledge of SAMRO’s policies andprocedures.
- Knowledge of planning techniques.
- Knowledge of customer service standardsand procedures.
