The above vacancy exists within the Licensing Division and reports to the Manager: Digital and International.
The purpose of the role is to ensure that SAMRO’s reputation remains intact through speedy query resolution and good customer relations with services. To ensure that we grow the digital and community radio revenue by offering efficient processing of information and the licensing of community radio stations.
The ideal candidate will have successfully completed matric and has at least one year’s working experience in an environment. A post-matric qualification will be advantage.

Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Post matric qualification advantage.
- At least 1 year experience in a similar environment
- Knowledge and experience of sales techniques (influencing, negotiating and prospecting)
- Collective Management Organisation related experience would be beneficial
- Advanced computer skills, including Word & Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Sound understanding of pricing/discounting concepts will be an advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High level of numeracy
- Accuracy and attention to detail is an essential requirement
